A signal engine is not a Slack channel where someone posts interesting links. It is scheduled monitors, scoring logic, territory routing, and CRM write-back running without human curation.
The engine improves with every deal: signals that preceded wins get weighted up, signals that correlated with losses get weighted down.
Why it matters
Signals without routing are trivia. Routing without signals is spam. The engine connects evidence to action.
