Anti-Fragile take

Clay is the fastest way to prototype enrichment logic. It is also the fastest way to create duplicate CRM records if you treat it as production infrastructure without guardrails.

We use Clay for pilot-then-scale enrichment: test columns on 50 rows, measure coverage and accuracy, then promote winning logic to warehouse pipelines. Clay is the lab, not the factory.

Why it matters

Clay democratizes enrichment for operators who do not write SQL. Used correctly, it compresses weeks of vendor evaluation into days.

How we build it

Waterfall tables with QA columns, credit-budget controls, and CRM sync designs that check identity resolution before write-back.
