Deliver buying signals to reps in Slack, not shared channels

Territory-assigned DMs with evidence that reps actually work.

The problem

Signal alerts go to a shared Slack channel. Reps scroll past them. Nobody owns the alert. Adoption dies within two weeks.

The system

  1. Route to owner. Every signal alert is a DM to the account owner, not a channel post.
  2. Package evidence. Signal type, source link, account score, and suggested first line.
  3. CRM task. Parallel CRM task created so the signal is actionable in both places.
  4. Track adoption. Measure alert-to-action rate per rep. Low adoption triggers a delivery redesign.

Field notes

Batch alerts in shared channels have near-zero adoption. Territory-assigned DMs with evidence get worked. This is the single biggest lever for signal engine ROI.
