Why job postings
A company hiring its first RevOps manager, three SDRs, or a "Head of Data" is telling you its roadmap in public. Most teams either ignore this or buy it as stale monthly intent data. Fresh, filtered, and routed, it is the sharpest timing signal available for many ICPs.
The system
- Watch the right sources. Scheduled scrapers watch job boards and careers pages for your resolved account universe, not the whole internet.
- Filter to signal. Titles, seniority, and job-description keywords are matched against the patterns that preceded your last 20 closed-won deals.
- Score with evidence. Each hit is scored (role relevance × account fit × recency) and packaged with links to the postings.
- Route by territory. The signal lands with the account owner in Slack + CRM task, same day, with suggested first-line copy grounded in the posting itself.
Field notes
Batch alerts die in shared channels. Territory-assigned, evidence-backed alerts get worked. We saw adoption stick only after routing respected ownership, which is why territory resolution is built into every signal engine we ship.
