Build a CRM webhook interceptor for custom routing

Steps

1. Deploy worker. Cloudflare Worker receives CRM webhooks.
2. Identity resolution. Resolve person and company on every event.
3. Apply routing logic. Territory rules, account match, score attachment.
4. Write to CRM. Create/update record with owner and context pre-assigned.
5. Error handling. Retry logic, dead letter queue, alerting on failures.

Success criteria

100% of inbound leads routed through interceptor. Routing accuracy above 95%.
