What InboxTrue is

InboxTrue is an email validation API built by MixRank. One call runs five checks (syntax, DNS, MX, SMTP mailbox, disposable detection) plus catch-all resolution, and returns one verdict with the supporting signals. It validates in real time at signup, cleans bulk lists of up to 200,000 addresses per order with a webhook on completion, and ships a versioned API with rate-limit headers and HMAC-signed webhooks.

MixRank's July 2026 benchmark against five other validators reported 94.1% valid-precision, 92.8% coverage and a 1.5-second average response. Vendor-reported, which is exactly the kind of claim a creator can test in public.
